How do the lessons work?   (more information click here)

The lessons will be totally personalized depending on the level and the specific needs of each student. You can interact with your teacher through the video call as if it were a face-to-face class and the Skype or Zoom chat will work as a whiteboard to write words, grammar rules, etc.

When can I start?

We offer online lessons throughout the year so you can start whenever you want. All you have to do is tell us your availability and what you need to learn so we can get you in touch with the teacher who best suits your needs.  

What do I need to take my lessons?

You will need a good internet connection and a computer, tablet or mobile phone. 

Do I have to keep my camera on during class?

Yes, because it is an essential part of our online lessons, so both you and the teacher will have to activate them.

What is the duration of each class?

It depends on the student. For example, if you buy a 10 hour pack, you can distribute them however you want (10 lessons of 1 hour, 5 lessons of 2 hours or any combination you want until you reach the 10 hours).

How do I pay?

For security reasons, we use a certified online payment platform which accepts most credit and debit cards. 

Can I modify the time or day of a lesson or cancel it?

Yes, you can modify the day and time of your lessons or cancel them if you tell us by email at least 48 hours before, otherwise we will charge you for the class. 

Do the packs expire? What if I need a receipt?  

Yes. Once you have bought a 10 lessons pack you must take the lessons within 90 days and, for the 20 lessons pack, within 180 days.

Can I get a certificate of attendance?

Yes, we will issue it at the end of the course. You must send us your personal data (name and surname, ID and address) or company data. 

Is it possible to change teachers?

Yes. You just have to request it by email.
